The Introduction

We’ll follow-up to ensure you receive the samples and to set the next steps.

The Consultation
Once you review our online catalog and receive samples from us, you may find an existing design that suits you perfectly. In that case you can proceed directly to ordering. If you’ve been inspired by what you’ve seen, but want to design your own invitation, you’ve come to the right place. At You’re Invited®, each of the elements of the invitation (the color, the materials, the shape, the images, the packaging) can be adjusted to match your ideal. During our initial consultation, whether by phone, email, or in person, we will learn about your wishes for the wedding and the invitations. You may share inspirations with us that capture the feeling you want to express — like a meaningful place, a season or a cultural reference. You may have something more specific like a color, flower, symbol or photograph that you would like us to incorporate into the design. We welcome and will happily include any ingredients you offer!

The Proof
Using the consultation as our starting point we will design your invitation proof. After you have reviewed the proof and made any necessary revisions, final adjustments will be made and your invitations will go into production. We apply our experience from hundreds of projects to create a production timetable and an approval process that is hassle-free and guaranteed to deliver a flawless product, on time.

Production
Once your design is finalized and you have approved the proof, it will take approximately four weeks to create your invitations. However, we encourage you to begin the process at least six to eight weeks before you plan on mailing your invitations.
